You could easily think that each of the windows consists of individual glass panes, but they don’t. The leaded effect gives that impression. When you see the inside of the window design, you notice the expertly crafted handle, the kind of handle style traditionally found on a leaded window. Using the handles to operate the windows is a joy and the same goes for the French doors, which help to create a generous double opening. We managed to integrate them into a modest section of the house and they offer an access route into the maze-like garden, where you could lose yourself when exploring it. The foliage growing around the windows somehow manages to add to their character and gives the property its unique charm.
