LANTERN ROOF ORANGERY
Nights out have become a rare occurrence for the owners of this orangery since this remarkable orangery was built by Amber.
Excuse us for blowing our own trumpet, but we reckon this is one of the most extraordinary installations we have ever been involved in. Everything from the attention-grabbing Lantern Roof to the gorgeously intricate bi-folding doors blows you away.
Invited guests can scarcely believe their eyes when they get introduced to the space, and the family dog seems to love the new setting too. It’s at night time when the orangery feels most special due to the inimitable atmosphere created when the LED lighting is switched on.
It is impossible not to feel envious when you observe the orangery through the expansive glass panes within the bi-folding doors which have wonderfully slender sightlines. The feel of these doors is quite something as they almost float across the runners when in motion and watching them collectively fold is a visual treat.
They’re amazingly lightweight considering they’re made from aluminium and feature very heavy pieces of glass. It has very quickly become the most populated area of the house both at night and in the daytime and we imagine elsewhere indoors will continue to take a backseat to this exquisite orangery for the foreseeable future.
