Amber Home Improvements response to Covid-19

Amber Home Improvements considers its customers’ safety and well being to be of the utmost importance.  In light of recent developments, we’d like to share with you Amber’s approach to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in order to reassure you of the health and safety measures we’re taking to keep everyone safe.

We are, of course, ensuring that the highest possible health & safety standards are being maintained and that we’re adhering to the World Health Organisation’s guidelines and Government’s advice and protocols throughout every aspect of our business.

Our showrooms are open as usual and we’d love to see you.  All staff are following the NHS guidelines for how to avoid catching or spreading Coronavirus which can be found here https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

We have additional health and safety measures in place for our team members including sales consultants, designers, engineers and tradespeople where they are required to visit your home.  All of our field-based team will shortly be issued with FFP3 Masks, which meet the guidance of the World Health Organisation, and will be happy to wear them at your request for the duration of their visit (a member of our office team will discuss this with you beforehand).

Staff will also be required to take their temperature twice daily using a company provided LCD Digital Thermometer and to submit these readings to head office. They will confirm to you when they arrive at your property that they do not have a fever or any other symptoms of COVID-19.
