Keen to make a strong first impression to the outside world, the householder at this residence decided to have their old windows and front door taken out and exchanged for new white leaded UPVC windows and a composite door.
It has made a massive difference to the appearance of the property, giving it the “X” factor it previously lacked, particularly the beautiful bay window.
To the left of the bay window is that new composite we speak about. Not only does it look impressive, but it performs impressively too, especially when it comes to thermal efficiency and security. The glazed section of the door has been filled with bevelled glass to add some decoration to the door and also obscure the view of the hallway behind it.
You certainly can’t miss the new door, that’s for sure, and you see that they love showing it off after placing floor plants next to it and putting up a flower-filled hanging basket. Only kind words are directed at this house now that new windows and doors are in position.
